Job Title: Tutor Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and academically talented Tutor Assistant to join our educational team. This role is ideal for undergraduate or postgraduate students currently studying at a top 40 UK university, who are passionate about supporting and enhancing the learning experience of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Lead Tutors: Assist in preparing and delivering tutorial sessions across various subjects.
Resource Management: Help in creating and organizing educational materials and resources.
Student Engagement: Engage with students to facilitate learning and help address their academic queries.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and other administrative duties related to tutoring.
Feedback and Assessment: Help in assessing students' work and providing constructive feedback under the guidance of the lead tutor.
Essential Qualifications:
Current University Student: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a top 40 UK university with a predicted grade of at least 2:1.
A-Level Requirements: Minimum grades of ABB or equivalent (e.g., DSE 544).
Skills and Attributes:
Strong Academic Skills: Solid understanding of subject matter relevant to the tutoring services offered.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students and staff.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Organizational Ability: Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with students and patiently provide support.
Additional Requirements:
Background Check: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Eligibility to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
